Hello, thanks for dropping by! We're the Business Catalyst Support Team. That means that when you're working with BC and you run into problems, have a question or just need a hand - we're on hand to help you through. We hope you enjoy getting to know us a little more and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

  • Mario

    Heading up our Australian Support team, Mario joined BC over four years ago when the whole team could fit into a single Tarago. In that time he's helped thousands of customers build and run their online business and continues to do so with the smile on his face. Likes: everything web, good food and Czech beer. Dislikes: one line support requests (hint hint).

  • Caz

    Carolyn joined Business Catalyst when it was still a small technology company operating out of Sydney where she took on the combined role of accounts administrator and partner support coordinator. In that time, Carolyn has developed a detailed understanding of the intracacies of the BC platform, and is dedicated to helping our Partners by constantly working towards improving our service and support. Carolyn is located in our San Francisco office and in her free time she enjoys skiing, running, cycling, swimming and camping with her family.

  • Sid

    Sidney, a native San Franciscan, graduated from San Jose State University and currently does web training and technical support for Business Catalyst. Sidney has a strong interest in health and wellness and runs a small business to help people stay healthy. In his free time, he enjoys deejaying, playing video games and spending time with friends and family.

  • Andrei

    Andrei someone who loves helping people and puts passion into everything he does! When he's not at work he likes playing and watching soccer and snooker, fishing and traveling. Andrei lives in Bucharest, Romania.

  • Florin

    Heading up our Romanian Support team, Florin has been with Adobe for over 5 years now, having moved from the InContext Editing Quality Assurance team to the Business Catalyst Support team. He is enthusiastic and helpful, and has been known to jump in and help others wherever he can. When he's not pushing the development team to get more customer bugs fixed, Florin enjoys reading SciFi books, traveling and playing foosball. Florin lives in Bucharest, Romania.

  • Danny

    Daniel is an outgoing and friendly support team member that enjoys delving deep into those technical web issues that would normally blow your mind. When Daniel is not troubleshooting these issues, he enjoys Kickboxing and the occasional game of Basketball. Daniel lives in the region of the previously hosted 2000 Sydney Olympic games.

  • Justin

    Justin is a hacker who became an artist, and then went on to be a hacky artist. When not trying to figure out the puzzles preventing you from achieving online business nirvana, he is annoying his neighbors by making all kinds of bleep-bloops using an array of synthesizers, computers, coding environments and a collection of cool vinyl records curated by his cat chloe.

  • Rahul

    Rahul is an enthusiastic network pro who brings a jovial attitude to his work. He loves trying and using all kinds of software apps, which makes him a great source of remedies to your everyday computer troubles. A complete gizmo freak, he doesn't rest until he owns the latest widget out on the market - which of course, he makes sure is the best buy. He is a die-hard hip hop fan and often does a quick jig when nobody's watching. Rahul lives in the Sunnyvale area of California where you can find him rushing for the office on weekdays and hanging out with friends during weekends.
