How to Submit a Support Request

Contacting Support
- Login to your Admin Console and go to your Partner Portal (if you can't login, click here)
- Click "Help & Support" on the top right of your Partner Portal
- Let us know your question, and select "Continue" (Your past support cases will be displayed at the bottom of the page, if you'd like to follow a previous case you've submitted)
- Browse through our suggested answers
- Still can't find an answer?
- Select "Start a Forum Discussion" so the community can assist
- Select "Contact Support" for further help directly from the BC support team

Contacting Support (if you partner has enabled contacting us directly)
- Login to your Admin Console (if you can't login, click here)
- Click "Support Central" on the top right corner of your Admin Console
- Click on "Support Request" on the top right, then follow the prompts to submit your request. You can also browse the forums, watch our training videos, or search the Knowledgebase
- Select the category of your request and check out our suggested solutions
Please note - If you're unable to access this area, this is because your Partner has disabled access, meaning they want to look after your support cases. In that case, please contact your web design Partner directly to lodge your support request.
